Community Pilates

Join this All-Levels Pilates mat class offered in a supportive environment, and find out what Pilates is all about! All ages, all abilities welcome.

Community Pilates is a monthly mat class on the second Sunday of the month.

Come practice in a welcoming group and leave class feeling refreshed and energized!

The next class will be held at Bull City Running Co in downtown Durham on Nov 9.

 

The class is offered on a sliding scale so you can choose the amount that suits you best.
