INTERMEDIATE PILATES

This class is offered as an eight-week series to encourage you to dedicate the time to yourself and your practice. At the end of the series, you'll be standing taller, feeling looser in your low back and hips, and you'll have truly found your core strength. Beginners in good physical condition are welcome to join in! Offered on Tuesdays at 10:30am EDT, the next series starts June 8th.

INTERMEDIATE PILATES & SCULPTING

You'll begin each class with a standing warm-up, followed by exercises to target hips and glutes, then pick up your hand weights for upper back and shoulder strengthening. You'll finish with classical Pilates exercises to target your core. Beginners and those new to Pilates are welcome to join in! Eight-week series starting on Friday, June 4 at 9:30am EDT. Come join the fun!

INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED MAT

This class is a great way to start your Sunday! You'll move at a vigorous pace, increasing your stamina, strength and control. Rolling exercises, inversions and transitions are introduced in a thoughtful way so you can learn to initiate the movements from your deep core and keep your back lengthened throughout the workout. Be prepared to sweat and feel fantastic! The next eight-week series starts on June 6th at 10:30am EDT. Don't miss out!

PILATES FOR RUNNERS

Runners: you will get the best whole body workout that I know of in under an hour when you join this class. I believe Pilates is an essential cross-training regimen for runners. It boosts your core control and mental focus; it naturally incorporates dynamic stretching and movement in multiple planes; and it teaches you to breathe more fully and with more awareness. By practicing Pilates, you'll improve your running technique and efficiency - and you'll enjoy running more! Everyone is welcome in this class; prior Pilates experience is not required, but a desire to try something new is! Next series starts on June 8th at 5:30pm EDT. Commit to yourself!

ACTIVE ADULTS

Designed for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis, this class includes standing exercises for balance and strength, asymmetric exercises for coordination and mental focus, and ab exercises to target your core. The goal is to keep you moving independently and freely, no matter your age. Next series starts Monday, June 7th at 9:30am EDT. Come try it.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

For those new to Pilates, this is your starting point. By investing in private sessions, you'll give yourself a foundation for the more challenging exercises, and you'll move with more grace and control through your everyday activities. Private sessions are also a great way for Pilates enthusiasts to work on modifications or to tackle exercises that you find particularly challenging.  I offer a limited number 50 minute sessions each week. Contact me directly to schedule yours.
