For those new to Pilates, this is your starting point. By investing in private sessions, you'll give yourself a foundation for the more challenging exercises, and you'll move with more grace and control through your everyday activities. Private sessions are also a great way for Pilates enthusiasts to work on modifications or to tackle exercises that you find particularly challenging.
