A weekly mat class built for athletes who want to train better.
45 minutes of focused work on the things that move the needle: core strength, hip and shoulder mobility, single-leg stability, and the body awareness that translates directly to your sport. You'll build a stronger foundation for everything else you do, whether it's running, lifting, cycling, or competing.
Intro offer two classes for $25; memberships and drop-ins also available.
What to Expect
Each class opens with a focused warm-up that changes week to week, then moves into a consistent sequence built to strengthen your core, open tight hips and shoulders, and sharpen the body awareness that holds everything else together. The flow is similar enough to track your progress, demanding enough to keep challenging you.
Thursdays 6:15pm at Bull City Running Co., downtown Durham. Class size is capped to keep cueing personal. Bring your own mat.
