Summer Classes Start June 3rd



Be prepared to sweat and feel fantastic! 

  • Increase stamina, strength and control 

  • Learn rolling exercises, inversions and transitions 

  • Initiate complex movements from your deep core

  • Keep your back protected and lengthened

This class assumes mastery of the basic Pilates mat exercises, and some practice of the intermediate ones. While you don't need to know all the intermediate exercises, you will do best if you're in good physical condition and have a sense of curiosity and willingness to learn.

Summer Series starts Friday, June 3 at 10:30


Designed for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis, this class is fun and challenging for everyone!

  • Classical Pilates mat exercises modified to suit those with low bone density.

  • Standing exercises for balance and lower body strength

  • Asymmetric exercises to build coordination and mental focus

  • Props for maximum muscle tone, strength and balance.

Previous Pilates experience not required, as long as you're in good condition and have a sense of curiosity!
