SCULPTING & PILATES

Designed for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis, this class is fun and challenging for everyone!


Here's what you'll do:

  • Mat exercises adapted for low bone density

  • Standing exercises for balance

  • Asymmetric exercises for coordination

  • Postural exercises for increased height

  • Props for maximum muscle tone
