Welcome, athletes! I'm glad you're here. These Pilates resources are designed to support your training, enhance performance and prevent injuries.

Join my weekly group mat class specifically for athletes at Bull City Running. This dynamic class focuses on improving movement efficiency, enhancing core strength, and preventing injuries.

Join my intermediate mat class on Zoom every Tuesday morning for a challenging workout focused on alignment and stability. Perfect for athletes who want to enhance their practice from the comfort of home.

I also offer private lessons in my home studio, equipped with a Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector. Private lessons help to reduce pain, increase mobility and take your performance to the next level.
