Class Overview

This Fundamentals class is geared to those who are new to Pilates, or are restarting a fitness program following a hiatus. Special attention is placed on good form and controlled movement. Demonstrations and modifications are provided. Newcomers are welcome!

Every Tuesday, 5:30pm at the United Church of Chapel Hill on MLK Blvd.
